8/21 Craig's maybe a chance

It was pretty cool in Heber last night, and with valley temps getting warm fast, I'm
upgrading a chance of planable wind at DC from nada to 8/16 from 2 until 4. That's the best
hope today.

Tomorrow, Grantsville with AM 7M conditions, and DC, Jordanelle, and Willard with PM 7/14M conditions.
Sulfur Creek gets the lions share of wind in the 6M sail range PM.

Friday looks like light but planable Sulfur Creek is the best bet.
