The front has moved slower than I anticipated, and as such there's even
a little more potential for wind. Grantsville should cough up 7/14
until about 10:30. DC will be up early around 11 from the SW in the
7/14M range, and will have devolved to almost unsailable gusts and
lulls by about 3. The best bet is still Utah lake for NW 7/14 as the clouds
clear from 3 until 7. Air temps in the low 70s down here in the valleys.
Sulfur Creek with 6/12M W conditions from noon until 5, and very cold water
Air temps in the 60s up there.

Tomorrow, plenty of rain, which may clear out enough for some 8/16 at
UL PM, but air temps barely make high 50s, so kinda risky.

Tuesday, a slim chance for huge gear planable cold leftovers at UL as
the rain clears out late in the day.
