around 5PM. DC will probably develop a light thermal for some 8/16M conditions from 1 until 3.
You might also look to Pineview for 7/14M conditions around Noon, if the ice is off.
Air temps don't get much above 50 degrees, so it's still cold.
Tomorrow a confused weather pattern, but likely Rush PM thermal in the 7/14M range and
DC thermal PM in the 8/16M range. Air temps warm to the low 60s.
Thursday, more planable thermals at Rush and DC. Air temps approach 70.
