in the 16M Kite range, if you can tolerate the sludge. By afternoon DC should have 8/16M conditions starting
around Noon (maybe even earlier), but again, T-head blooms, drenching rains (with hail possible)
and Micro Burst winds could put a dangerous damper on your outdoor fun.
Tomorrow similar to today.
Tuesday DC still planable with less chance for T-heads and Mu burst winds.
