wind from 4 until 7. Willard will get into the mix with 7/14M North conditions from Noon until 4.
The question is, do you want to ride the liquid in 43 degree air temps with possible snow?
Tomorrow, afternoon steady North 7/14 at UL launches and a whopping 53 degree air temp during the best
wind. Maybe even some sunshine.
Sunday, looks windless, maybe a slim chance for DC.
