DC with a surge in the 9/18M range (if you can call it that) from 2 until 6, if...
T-heads and rain don't mess it up.
Tomorrow, Sulfur Creek may be the best call for 8M sail conditions Noon until 5.
Slim chance for DC planers, because of likely cloud cover that won't effect Sulfur as much.
Thursday, unsettled and not too windy.
