DC should develop gusty 7.5/15 from about 1 until 6 if the rain doesn't kill that.
Best bet today is Sulfur Creek for 5.5 sail conditions 1 until 6. Rain possible anywhere
but sunnier up near Wyoming.
Tomorrow looks like a DeerCreek 8/16PM.
Friday looks like stronger South wind later in the Day at DC and maybe UL.
