So gusty that I wouldn't suggest kiting there. The better wind will be the North wind at UL.
Look for planable conditions in the 8/16M range from 3 until dusk with mostly sunny 68 degree skies.
Tomorrow unsettled rainy North wind at UL in the 7/14M range PM and 65 degree air temps.
Thursday looks like a very good North wind day at UL.
