DC also likely for 8/16 conditions from 1 until 4. Best bet though is
Sulfur Creek where it should be gusty 7/14 from 2 until 5 PM, with
unusually high air temps in the mid 70s up there.
Tomorrow, Sulfur Creek with steadier (but lighter) 8/16 PM is the best bet.
