Willard should have some 7/14M conditi0ons from Noon until 4. DC and Jordanelle
with gusty 7/14M conditions 1 until 5 and best when it comes up as clouds fill in
later in the afternoon. Sulfur Creek with 6/12M conditions Noon until 5.
Tomorrow......rain and cool air temps.
Friday cold cold cold North wind at UL. Too cold to recommend.
