A few stray planable Puffs at DC around 4 or 5 PM (I'd try SBB). Sulfur will have better, but still gusty holey 8.5 conditions
PM. and a few huge Kite North puffs 6-8 PM on UL South Launches. T-heads could boost wind anywhere up to 30MPH
for a 20 minute period, but I suspect most T-Heads will clear out by 3 or 4 PM.
Tomorrow just like today.
Thursday still might have a North shift
