that's good from 4.0 to 7.5. Then some DC potential for huge gear (think 10M sails)
from about 2 PM till 6, and I'd get as close to the Dam as is safe. If you're Kiting
anywhere around Northern Utah, be careful
as T-Heads may create strong erratic winds.
Tomorrow and Tuesday, windless other than some erratic winds around the T-heads, with low 90s
and brief heavy rains, otherwise, it's time to head for HoodRiver.
