Still a chance for some planable conditions at DC and Sulfur. Look for very gusty 8.5 at DC from Noon till 4, with some
rain mixed in killing the wind at times. SUlfur should cough up gusty but planable 8.5 from about 2 PM on with
rain mixed in sometimes enhancing the marginal conditions and sometimes making them worse.
Tomorrow and Thursday still look windless with T-heads.
