Best bet - Lake Mojave at Katherine's Landing on a nice north wind on the water.
Next best bet - 10 mph kiting on the ice at Sulphur.
Skyline and Strawberry look too light for riding. You might get lucky at Skyline, but most likely not.
Friday does not look good either (except for Mojave).
