temps in the valley. With the rapid warming I'm thinking DC will be 7.5/14 around 3 or 4 PM for a
couple of hours, but it will be cold up there.
Tomorrow a little warmer and more PM 7.5/14 at DC under sunny skies and maybe mid 50s.
Friday even warmer 7.5/14 at DC PM with air temps maybe hitting low 60s.
