11/22 Kenny's Where to Ride
Synopsis: Pre-frontal winds will dominate the area this morning in front of a massive cold front. The cold front will bring blizzard conditions around 3 PM to the Wasatch Front - Note: You want to be at home when the blizzard arrives.
Skyline will have howling, swirling, nasty devil wind this AM and into the early afternoon as the front approaches. I would not go there unless I lived in Mount Pleasant or plan on spending the night there.
PC will have south winds in the upper 20's this AM with gusts into the 30's this morning and will become stronger (and nasty) as the front approaches. Herriman/West Jordan same.
Wednesday - some lingering snow flurries will remain in the morning. Hopefully, Skyline will clear out to provide some nice, deep powder rides and wind in the mid to upper teens. However, it will be frigid with wind chill around 20 below. Rush Lake (not sure about coverage, but should be good), Valley locations and PC will also have wind in the mid teens and it will be cold. Strawberry ??? - depends on how much snow arrives. See the great photos from Fredish on the main topic board.
Thursday - lingering north wind will give good rides at Skyline with wind in the low to mid teens. Strawberry, if the coverage is there, will also give up rides in the low to mid-teens. Rush Lake may also give up some rides. Valley and PC don't look promising right now.
