PowMow will have nuking east winds today with winds well over 30 mph and higher gusts, plus the riding area is tiny on an easterly wind, so I would go anywhere but PowMow today. Monte Cristo may be a much better bet for northern Utah folk, though I have no idea if Monte is any good on an east wind. Skyline should be good with wind easterly wind in the mid-teens, you may have to re-orient yourself and hunt around a bit to figure out the best places to ride. Strawberry should also have rideable wind in the low to mid-teens.

Saturday the east winds continue, but turn more southerly. This is a good setup for Skyline and the Snowkite Masters with wind in the low-teens. PowMow is rideable on a SE, but only a very tiny area, so I can't recommend it. Winds are looking too light for Strawberry, but you never know with Strawberry...

Sunday is looking like a repeat of Saturday at this point.

Monte is good in any wind direction. The only problem is the winds are typically too light to ride. My criteria is the winds have to be at least 25-30 at Pow Mow then it is good. Maybe as low as 20 if they are increasing during the day. I think Pow Mow is only about 2-3 miles away as the crow flies. One hell of a lot longer to drive though. Monte is about 1400 feet lower than Pow Mow.
You are right-today is definitely a Monte day if you can't make it to Fairview.
