it'll last much past Noon. DC looking like 8/16M conditions from about Noon for
several hours. Sunny and warm.
Tomorrow, Grantsville turns on again in the AM, and DC PM with a little stronger
wind.
Weds, really strong winds provide planable small gear conditions at most launches.
