Not having snowkited, I referred two friends of mine, Jeff & Jeff in town from Oahu, down to strawberry today for some snowkiting as the wind looked good at 17 gust 28. Is there any advice I should add, like is the lake not frozen in parts, Is there enough south wind to get into the northern areas away from the lake, best milepost marker? They are expert kiters, second day on snow. Thanks

its all still frozen, descent signage,very sticky snow surface,spring wax very helpful.as far as s.wind and location;straw riv and marina were both ridable,didnt check ladders or cabins. south flow seems fairly punchy but was so much fun today.surface was difficult but still definitly going wed.good times had by all, jason
