Finally a decent wind forecast south of here on a weekend. Yuba looks like it will give up rides friday evening and all day saturday with mid-teens wind. Planning to head down after work on friday to camp for Fri/Sat nights. Should be there about 5pm for kiting friday evening. Might drive down to minersville res (near Beaver - a place i've been wanting to check out for a while), which is about 110 miles farther south, on saturday for a morning session - winds are supposed to be low 20's there - but might just stay at yuba. not much wind for sunday.

Wind does't blow consistent at Miners creek. There is a hill to the south that blocks the wind. Great hiking and biking though.
