Another great day of kiting at Strawberry. Marty and I parked at the Ladders and rigged 11 meter kites. The wind was quality and from the W-NW. We crossed to the hills around the Marina where there were a couple visiting kiters from AK cruising around. Then headed east to the terrain south of the View Area (Island Mtn). We followed the terrain back north to the VA and a short jog upwind to the Ladders closed the circuit. Made for a great tour.

Snow conditions around the res were variable but stashes of good soft snow could be found consistently. Many of the hills and hilltops had a rock hard surface. The lake surface was in great shape.

Session number 2 was the soul session with evening alpenglow, 11m wind and plenty of soft snow -
