Fun first session at Rush today. Rode 10m/speedboard. The speedcourse isn't quite ready and was a little choppy by speed standards but pure butter delight by kiting standards. I was only able to post a top speed of 41.3 knots. It felt slow!! A couple new guys out kiting today who looked to be having a great time. Then several windsurfers showed up to get their fix. I hope they got some decent rides?

It was good. 4.4 for me and sailed the south and the north. The north came in good but seem to be turning more offshore and backed down. Looking at the meter it may have come back up? Warm water and its to bad its not going to last very much longer for windsurfing.

Rush was seriously good today. Arrived at 11am, Fletcher was rigged and ready so I launched him, then Jason arrived. I rigged a 9m to start with but sized down to 7m for the next 2hr. It was a buttery delight up in shallows of the south end, gusty but perfect. There was another new guy sailing with us and I can honestly say that was the fastest I've ever gone on a kiteboard in 3 inches of water!
