As I was driving down from SLC towards Utah Lake, I saw only marginal north wind at the Point. And then I saw a large dark cloud over the south end of the lake. So, I decided to stay in Lindon. I arrived around 3 and only marginal SW wind at that point. John arrived around 4. Play around with my friend of the trainer kite until about 5. The wind started to switch at that time and it kicked up real fast once switched. When it started out, it was strong and steady. Jim arrived not long after John pumped up and we all had the place to ourselves. The wind died around 7:30. Definitely another excellent session at Lindon.

yup, another stellar Lindon day. Left the house at 4 and was on the water at 5 for smooth 12M sailing. It's still a wonder to me why anyone would drive an hour to an hour+ when you gots the huge, sandy, and now pretty damn CLEAN (VERY LITTLE trash/glass), Lindon beach 1/2 hr away....
