Almost windy enough to sail at 5:15 when the wind meter died for the day. Got there to too many clouds but some nice wind lines. Died by the time I got rigged and got the suit on. Shlogged one round trip, started planing on the 2nd pass and was flying shore to shore on some sweet wind by the 3rd pass. Sailed an hour and it abruptly died. Clouds forbidding so I started derigging. Went west after I got the suit off but decided not to push my luck. Good choice, right when I left a big dust cloud came in from the north and it started sprinkling. Dust clouds all over the west side of the Tooele valley. What happened to rain clouds after noon? Still, nice to hit the water for awhile. Got 15 sail days in June, 2 more than last year in spite of having to cut the Gorge trip to just one week instead of the 2 weeks last year. Got to love Grants and Sulfur.
