Another late-peaking (4 PM) big gear afternoon. Water level slowly starting to drop, but the lake is still very full. Water temp in the shallows at the launch, 60 F. Air temp: 73 F

That's suprizing you thought the water level was dropping. I noticed on the way to the lake that they were running more water out of Jordanelle and the water seemed to be up to the high water marks on the bushes in Deer Creek.

I just noticed that the Nat. Weather Service announced a flood warning for the Provo River above Jordanelle. I guess we'll find out how high Deer Creek will get. (unless they let it out faster than it comes in)

Since yesterday the water level in DC has come up to an extent I wouldn't have thought possible; it is now as high as I've ever seen it. Still reasonably warm, about 60F.
