John, Tom S, and Dennis along with our favorite kiters Doug and Vern joined me for a wild afternoon of wind. Very gusty and lulls at times made for a hard workout. My wind meter was showing 23g38 with the Airport reading 28g40. I started on the 5.2 and got a wild session in before the rest of the windsurfers arrived. John was the only one smart enough to rig a 4.7 from the start with the rest of us switching down after getting pounded on the 5’s. The water is cold but with the air temp near 70 it never felt cold sailing. Sweet afternoon.
