Stu and I took a chance an drove down to Yuba Saturday. Wind was strong but shifty-gusty. Rigged a 5.0 but could have easily started on 4.5. Used the big board - kinda holey. About 5 p.m. the wind really picked up, rigged a 4.5 but my 4.0 would have been better. Heavy wind only lasted about an hour. Total dust-fest. I have a sand dune in back of my truck. Water is getting warm. wore my steamer, but I could have almost been in my shorty.
