Posted: Thu Nov 02, 2017 8:33 pmUnusual wind even at DC; wind started up at noon Wednesday, blew till 7, then picked up at 9 PM and blew all night and all day until about 7:30 PM. Gusts into the low 30s around noon. Gusts and holes. The kiters appeared to be handling it better than I did.
