Faint hints of wind from about noon on, but didn't really start building until about 2:30. By the time I got to DCCB there were whitecaps near the far shore, and the wind was filling in. Ended up being quite steady by DC standards :)) Got some good foil rides, no jibes.

The lake level continues to rise slowly; the walk to the water has decreased by about 5 yards since Monday. And the water temp continues to rise. I got a reading of 55ºF with my repurposed hot tub thermometer. Couldn't really believe it, so I checked with my IR thermometer and got 56ºF.

The white pelicans are back.
