Sat 10/28 DC Sailboat Beach 9.5 145 liters
Posted: Sun Oct 29, 2006 8:45 amA weak push came through about 3:30. Wind never really got going... sailed up to the dam and was rewarded with a few powered up reaches, but needed every bit of the 9.5. Left at 5:00, as I believe the wind never made it down to Island Beach.
