It started early with solid 20 mph winds from the Nw, at 10:30 rigged 7.5 Frenzy, that lasted about 20 minutes, then put up the 10 m Frenzy another 20 min session finally at 11 got the 12 M ready and rode nicely powered till around 3-4 pm. One real advantage of foils is that it really didn't take that much time to rig three kites. OK Marty, the 11Instinct would have worked for everything, but you still have to pump it up. Snow was great, untracked 6"+ over soft base. Wind direction ruled out Bosco but the E side of the ridge was Awesome, Funny to see wind blowing up the Cornice. Very windy on the ridge at first. NOTE. Kenny got the longest flight of the day. Starting almost on the top of the ridge and flying into the Valley, WAY TO GO K-MAN. I could not judge the height from my angle but the flight path was a long one. Looked like you almost got turned around a time or two. The 19 SA was the wing of choice. Those speed flying lessons sure have helped. Hey Steve can 60+ guy still fly?.
Lots of vistors and locals out. TEAM FRENZY dominated but the Waroo's were plentiful. A kiter from Germany, now living in Fla. got his first taste of snow, boy was he stoked. Told us that they left board short weather to come board and kite out west. Should have worked out a house trade in PC with them.

It was a great day, I wish I had arrived earlier. There was just enough wind (maybe 6-8 mph) for one final ride up Bosco and a flight down after everyone had left except the Florida kiters. However, with that little wind it took forever to get up there.

Bosco it in great shape and mostly untouched since the wind was NE all day. Only a few small bushes still poking through. I can't wait until Strawberry has more coverage.
