Got to DC as Jim was pulling off. It seemed to be filling in so I was pumped. I did forget that I was switching from a 70L board on Wed. to a 130L board today and ended up sitting on the sail within 10 seconds. Ripping hard and not coming off a plane for the 1st 45 min. then it went into the typical wait-for-the-windlines DC winds for another 30 min. then it died. Thank goodness for the 130L board. It got me back nearly to shore and I only ended up swimming the last 200 ft. Work has me booked solid this week so it was good to get out and shred for a while.
