Lincoln Beach thurs 5/3 13.5 Kite Solo session
Posted: Fri May 04, 2012 9:14 amThursday I couldn't decide if I should hit up Ruch, Deer Creek, Or Utah lake. I left the house at about 2:00 and the meter at lincoln showed north and steadier than the other locations so I suspected that maybe the switch had hit there already and would be my best bet. When I arrived it was actually blowing southwest even though the meter there still showed North so obviously that meter is messed up. At about 3:00 I pumped up my 13.5 kahoona and rode mostly powered to over powered side-off-shore wind with no one else around. It turned out to be a great 2 hour session before I wrapped it up. Great season so far!
