Looking pretty windy. Small Kite rides in the PM at Rush, and probably 5.5
to 6.5 (for windsurfers) at MM19. Gusty winds at DC starting around 11 AM, you could
probably rig anything from an 8.5 to a 5.5 up there and be right some of the time. Even Mona should be pretty good in the PM at 6.5. For the
masochists, Sulfur will also be planable in the PM.
