Rush Lake

Posted: Mon Mar 23, 2015 9:56 amRush is a no go this spring - 1. No water due to mild and dry winter and 2. A new land owner put up a fence in the middle of the lake. Unless that fence comes down it will be a bit dangerous and limits the reach (for 2016 or later when the water returns). Some guys on UWA are looking into the legality of it with BLM.

Thats too bad, as a new kiteboarder I was looking foreward to trying rush. I did read that post about the fence. Seems to me BLM should take it down. Rush is a recreation area that is advertised to the public. Putting up that fence is extremely dangerous and negligent. Hope nobody gets hurt on it. If someone does, I hope the individual responsible getsthe heck sued out of him.
