I have bemoaning the shortage of Utah Lake sessions this year (Only 4 this year). However, with Provo Boat Harbor and Saratoga Springs being hotbeds for West Nile virus maybe it is just as well. I don't know how to keep DEET on while doing a watersport.
Are there any of our other lakes that have problems? Sulfur?

I think you're much more likely to die driving on I15 to Utah Lake than from a mosquito bite

Don't let that spoil a good sesh!

no experience with it, but try that sun screen with repellent in it. Might be water resistant and might last longer.

The evening news recently did a story about this and the word was we are safe during the day. It is at night the danagerous blood suckers come out.
Also they said the mesquitos stop sucking blood around the second week of September
