Any chance of wind today?

A high pressure has parked over UT.
The digital prototype forecast shows a weak south wind at PowMow this afternoon. Ikitesurf shows zippo wind in the forecast.
High pressure means that Pineview will work near the dam during the early morning hours. However, I am not sure if the ice is thick there and if there is any snow. Plain ice is not much fun.

Posted: Sun Dec 31, 2006 4:55 pmIce on Pineview looks thick enough based on all the people out there, no snow though. Wind looked typical as the ice fisherman were all faced down wind.
