I hate to predict wind on PV publically, but today looks like it could happen. Anyone coming up? Anyone interested in a downwinder from Wind surfer beach to Stringtown road and parking cars at both?

Les,

I know you are kicking yourself for missing a forecast at PV, but don't feel bad, not even Marty gets it right everytime at PV. It is very difficult to forecast the wind there. The wind can come from every which way, blow in one spot and not another. I swear we need to set up huge flags in the winter, so that we can get to the part of the lake where it is actually blowing.

If it makes you feel any better. Last week, I forecasted wind at ULSSB on Thursday evening, then I didn't go down there because I didn't think it would happen. Of course, it went off. I need to follow my own forecast!!!
