It's been a long time since I have sailed in Utah. Do they still require PFDs on the state lakes like Deer Creek? Anywhere else? - thanks

thanks for the reply Craig. And yes, it has been a loooooong time. Heck, I remember when they made us register our boards and put boat numbers & stickers on the side.

I had a board with boat numbers on the side, a BIC Dufour Wing
with no footstrap holes and a dacron sail numbered in Square feet.

Times have changed, les ont pas.

Wow.. numbers on the board.. That must have been quite a sight!

Otherwise I am not sure if you meant
"le temps passe" (time goes by)
or
"n'est ce pas" (isn't it?)

Cheers,

MAni :D

Hi Mani,

I ment, "Times have changed, have they not?"

so "n'est ce pas" is probably right, but I couldn't remember how to spell it.
