Snowkiting locations in Evanston area?

Does anyone know of specific locations (ie, with directions) to snowkite in the Evanston area? Thinking of heading that way Sunday 12/16. Any info appreciated.

A little late now... but Sulpher Creek can be good, usually cranks S-SW pretty strong. Lots of potential in that region, but also a lot of sage brush requiring more snow depth. Sleds can access some terrain on the North side of the Uintas.
