I would put my money on Skyline early. However, that may just be a crapshoot. Looks like it is going to be light everywhere. I am leaving for Skyline now (note the time of my posting). I am going to bring the snowshoes as a backup plan.
My thought is that I might catch the last of the clearing wind before the high pressure settles in.

Just arrived in Spanish Fork. Utah Valley is socked in with fog, so if you decide to go to Skyline drive carefully.

No fog from Spanish Fork to Fairtview. The drive seems extra long in the fog and darkness, but I am looking forward to a brilliant Skyline sunrise.
Only a faint breeze in Fairview, but I have learned there is not much of a correlation between the wind in Fairview and Skyline.
