Where to Ride 7/16

Best Rides will be at Sulfur from Noon to 5. Looks like 5.5 rides for
Windsurfers, but take your small cloth just in case. Should be pretty good
West wind up there. Likewise DC will be pretty good also probably in the 6.5
range, but get that early (like 11 AM) because it'll get shifty and gusty
about 3 PM. Best Kite board rides will be at Rush. South gusty winds in
the AM, should give way to a steady North wind by early evening, but be
careful out there, because there could be thunderheads popping up, so
please use good judgment. I'm thinking probably 15-18 M stuff out there.

Tomorrow looks like premium Kite boarding on steady North winds, at all
North favored launches.
