				It's been sailing in one form or another for over 15 years, I think.  That's ultimately the secret to success in this field -- refinement, testing, (crashing) more testing and refinement.  Far out.

				I can only imagine the sensation when your hull lifts 15' off the surface at 60+mph and you part company with the boat looking for a good way to hit the water.  And how about all the heart stopping near crashes when the boat pitches and yaws?  That would be enough for me.  Those guys are something else.

like maybe dumb. If ever there were a good reason to wear a helmet, crewing on that thing would appear to be it, but there sure don't appear to be any helmets in evidence.

				yes, and, if you ask me, it would be nice to be wearing a personal airbag to deploy during the 60 mph trajectory.  sure makes windsurfing look like a nice alternative.
