This video is pretty rad. Looks fun. I just couldn't resist posting this webpage.

Somebody who is kiting mostly but has been actually doing a bit of CLOSET WINDSURFING (enough to break his custom Baily in half in the Gorge a couple of weeks ago) told me about it today. He can't reveal that he's too into windsurfing so I won't disclose his name but Matt Davis, thanks man!

this is a great website. finian will most likely break the 50 knot barrier this fall-conditions permitting. he is the fastest windsurfer alive. he can also sail ho-okipa well. he weighs 250 lbs. and has size 13 feet. the feet keep the board flat during insane speeds. I lived with finian for several years on maui and traveled with him doing the world cup speed tour. one year in the south of france we has a puegot rental with a stack of wind gear on the hood that was literally larger than the car itself- kind of scary during a stiff mistral. pretty awful snowboarder too.
