I have kited in Los Barriles about hour north of there, should be good by then. There is a place, cant remember name, between LB and cabo where more of the locals go, blows both directions. never been there. Also if you kite in cabo watch anything you leave laying around. sorry not much information, but I think you will be a ble to kite. I would post on I kitesurf fro good info.

there not a good chance for wind in Cabo, unless it's storm related.
The best bet for wind this time of year is La Ribera shown on this map just SE Of Los Barriles.
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=la+ribera,+baja+mexico&sll=40.279526,-2.087402&sspn=11.274859,19.138184&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Baja+California,+Ciudad+Acu%C3%B1a,+Coahuila,+Mexico&ll=23.267842,-109.671021&spn=0.880589,1.196136&t=p&z=10If you follow the road South from La Ribera to Cabo Pulmo you might get wind but if you don't it is a great place to snorkle.
I hope you get a session.
