Saw this on kiteforum.com. Don't know who they are, but figure someone here might. Here's the post.

Does anyone know David and Pamela Wichmann from Utah? They are in the 60's and he also flies a small plane.

I need to get in touch with them urgently.

Anyone rides with them in Utah, Brazil etc?

Not sure about the local spots ....in PC ... but this last dump has got to help ... about 3 feet in Old Town...
Now all we need is some wind .............
