As an Alta resident i would love to tag it in the cottonwoods, but there is not much open ridable space. The winds up at 10,000-11,000 feet are strong and shifty. There are a few spots where limited riding could be done but most of those places require a good hike and have serious down sides if things go wrong. Good Luck
