Wind will be available, but so will the rain making it a very iffy on and
off kinda day. I think DC, Jordanelle, and Sulfur will all have planable
wind at times during the day, but duration and strength are difficult to
predict. Likewise ULSSB and Rush will have Kiteable wind PM, but it will
be extremely (maybe dangerously)gusty at Rush. Be careful if you're
out with a Kite. The pattern continues tomorrow.
