Hi Mike,

I moved this out of the forecasts so that replies won't go out to peoples cel phones.
I do think there's a good shot at Willard PM, but it will only last a couple of hours.
Look for planable conditions around 3 PM, and you might get a couple of good
hours in off the South wind. Keep a weather eye out and a feel for the wind dieing
around 6 though because I think your kite is gonna fall from the sky right around
then, and the North switch coming may not be strong enough to relaunch.

Looks like the North switch came in early (or I called it wrong ;*) ) either way, Willard is always a
tough call for me. Maybe there are a few big kite rides out there on the North wind this PM,
or...................maybe not.
