Permissions to view attached files

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Is anyone else getting this message in place of the attached files? I'm even getting it for files I attach to my own posts.

Are you logged in when trying to view them?

I changed around the permission settings so that some of the content can be read without logging in. Just to make it easier for new visitors.
